Aligning Brand Presence with Cutting-Edge Prostate Cancer Care
I led a full-scale refresh of the company’s digital presence. This included upgrading the website, evolving the brand voice, and enhancing social media and email marketing engagement. The goal was to ensure the branding and messaging felt as innovative and forward-thinking as the technology.
The website redesign focused on a clean visual structure, intuitive navigation, and messaging that communicated Promaxo’s unique value. The content was crafted to highlight MRI-guided prostate biopsies performed in any clinical setting including a physician’s office, emphasizing patient comfort, AI-enhanced imaging, and clinical precision. The visual identity was updated to match the advanced capabilities of the system and appeal to both physicians and decision-makers.
On social media, I introduced a consistent visual language and a content strategy that highlighted innovation, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care. Posts were designed to resonate with physicians, healthcare leaders, and patients while reinforcing Promaxo’s role as a leader in MedTech.
To support broader outreach, I created strategic email campaigns that drove action and deepened engagement. Campaigns ranged from product education and physician highlights to exclusive event invitations. A key success was generating excitement for Promaxo’s signature AUA 2024 event, promoted as the biggest party at the conference. Through a targeted email series, including teaser content and RSVP invitations, we captured attention, built anticipation, and positioned Promaxo at the center of the AUA conference.
The result was a cohesive and energized brand presence that aligned with the cutting-edge nature of the Promaxo MRI System and strengthened the company’s connection with its core audience.
